Project Execution
RECO Constructors assigns a dedicated project manager to work closely with our customers and to serve as the point of contact throughout the project. The project manager assumes the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, pre-construction planning, engineering and design, submittal approval, shop fabrication, field construction, quality monitoring, scope compliance, project closure and customer satisfaction.
Pre-Construction
We meet with your team to understand, define, evaluate and manage all technical objectives of the project. Our project manager develops an implementation plan including a project schedule with specific milestones that covers all project related activities and customer interfaces.
Engineering and Design
We prepare project submittals in accordance with project specifications and requirements in conjunction with applicable codes and standards (ex: API, ASME, AWWA, NFPA, OSHA), and industry’s best practices.
Fabrication
In our dedicated fabrication facility, we fabricate parts and components from carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, and other alloys needed for the projects. Our shop has a wide range of capabilities to cut, form, roll, weld, assemble and paint the parts in a controlled environment to achieve the best quality.
Field Construction
After customer site specific safety training, we mobilize our construction team and bring cranes, welding machines, scaffolding, safety equipment and all other tools onto the job site for the project. We unload shop fabricated parts and components shipped to the site at the designated laydown area. We work closely with our customer’s site representatives to ensure a safe, high quality and on-time construction process. We complete all testing, cleaning and coating requirements before leaving the job site.
